We chose to go to LongHorn after my father's burial because it was a place he frequented and liked to show hospitality to his accompanying guests by paying the tab. Our waitress was friendly and the restaurant was quiet for 2:00ish. However, our food took an exceptionally long time to be ready. About 45 minutes. On a restricted diet, I had the 7-Pepper Sirloin salad without croutons and dressing. The meat was so well seasoned that the dressing wasn't necessary. The steak was cooked to perfection (well, my preferred way - well-done) and tasted delicious. Other guests at my table had steak - one had a T-Bone, the other had a steak that was medium rare, as they requested. Another had shrimp skewers, which she loved. Great atmosphere and despite the timing, the waitress was professional and accommodating. Overall, a good experience. For an occasional steak, I would definitely go back!

It's a very nice steakhouse! They have great service. Their bread they serve with the dinner, as an appetizer, that's a pre-dinner snack is real good. The staff is usually very attentive to what you need, keeping your water filled and keeping your drink topped off. It's a great place to eat, if you love me??? :-) :-)

Bad experience tonight. Ordered the lamb chops and they came out well done. Waiter quickly took them back but took another 15mins to bring back. Plate was missing the wilted spinach, waiter returned to kitchen to retrieve. In the meantime manager comes by to ask how where the new chops, which were cooked correctly. So my server returns and says they was out of the spinach and didn't the manager tell me? No, not did she ask if I wanted anything in place. It felt as though she had something else on her mind and could careless if I was happy with my meal. Our server, Stephen, I believe was his name was good.

I love their spinach souffle and asparagus! It's great! Their steaks and burgers are good. I like to pick my steaks and they don't normally let you! I have had pretty good luck with explaining exactly what I want. That spinach souffle is AMAZING!!! I could go in just for that!

The worst place to eat on the planet. I have been to the White Oak location three times with my family and each time it got worsened. The first time the food was cold and service was sorry. The second the appetizers and the food came out at the same time and we had to wait for silverware. I decided to give them another chance cause we visited a different location and the experience was totally opposite, plus we thought the third time would be the charm. We got seated and placed our order appetizers were on point drinks were good we ordered salads and asked for a specific dressing guess what? WRONG streaks came out guess what? WRONG even my 3 year olds cheeseburger was under cooked, my oldest daughter ordered ribs and they looked a rack bones that you see on side the road, I can't believe they tried to serve us ROADKILL RIBS. I will not return to this location ever again as a matter of fact I won't even ride pass there again. Sorry Longhorn this time you came up short.!!
