For me and my wife, this is our number one place for dining out when in Kingsport, TN. The restaurant is conveniently accessed just off of Stone Drive. We've always gotten good service and great food here (we hope it stays that way). I especially love their lamb chops when they are on the seasonal menu.

Its been a great place to enjoy for my family. Till this recent visit. My wife and I love a good steak, but this time a good steak is not all I received on my plate. I was lucky enough to have found a 6in long black hair under my Brown sugar and butter bowl, which was going on my sweet potato! I hit the roof!! Customer service was fast and excellent. The problem was fixed and my bill was picked up by the manager on duty. ( hair nets ladies and gentlemen) Ty customer service!!

This is one of the best Longhorn Steak Houses that I've ever visited... Food and service is always great and we really enjoy the atmosphere. Thanks to our last server...Tim!!

Got to longhorn around eight. Pretty slow, but still took five minutes to be seated. Not sure where the hostess was. Sat at a table by the bar. Both the bartender and manager saw me. Waited ten minutes and still no service. Went to another steak house where they have service.

Food is delicious! I had the chicken parmesan with rice pilaf, Tasty. Very yummy raspberry tea Good service too. Thank you
