This was our first visit as we received a gift card to try out the food and decided to pick it up on the way home from work. To start the ribs were amazing! Fall off the bone. However, my meal the ribs and chicken tenders was missing my bacon mashed side so all I had was french fries. The Fries included in 2 meals were cold and tasted like they were made hours ago. So at this point is meal is not great.. but we got a full pie we tried to order the goo goo crunch but some how ended up with a Carmel pie and Apparently should have had chocolate and pecans but I guess the got missed also. Over all not a great first experience and we are likely not to return. NOT Recommended.

My first visit was nice. The server was super friendly and very accommodating. I was given the wrong potatoes and my asparagus was burned but both issued were quickly remedied with a smile and apology. The steak was cooked to perfection and melted in my mouth. I would definitely return.

I absolutely love this O'Charleys. The service has been great every time and so has the food. I never go out to eat and order a burger but a friend got me to try one from here and now I'm hooked.

Great service! Thank you to my server and management for keeping on their toes. They hire some top notch peoole!
