Today was not a success. I have been here many times and today the table or booth smelled like a dirty dog. It kinda messes with your appetite. I suggest going for a meal, but quickly notify the manager if something does not have a find scent food smell.
Waitress was so very sweet. Cook came to check out steaks and our happiness with them. That was an extra step no other restaurant does. And she cared about her product and our happiness. Celebrating a birthday and we sure picked the perfect place.
Celebrated my son's 21st birthday tonight. Love this place. Delicious food and great service. And THE Drinks Were yummy!
My son loves this place! It gets busy, so call ahead or add yourself to the wait list before arriving. The service is good. The food is reasonably priced and tastes good. The lobster tails are my favorite and they have the absolute best broccoli!
Nice place to stop to grab a quick bite. My waitress Kathryn was a very gracious server. I have no complaints
Just the worst night. Got sat all the way in the back by the restroom and kitchen. Everyone knows those are the worst seats to get. Our server was cleaning and no one told us who the server was so we sat for a bit before they came over. I ordered everything at once when they finally came over. I had water with the 6oz filet and 4oz lobster. I always order mine medium rare. It came out medium. The top of the steak was charred and I scraped some off onto a napkin. I cut it and saw it was only medium. Then I took a bite and my mouth was on fire. Why is my steak spicy? I have eaten at numerous Longhorns across Florida and I have NEVER had a spicy steak. I couldn't even finish it. I just ate the lobster and wanted to leave. My daughter had the chicken tenders and fries kids meal. My friend ordered the 6oz sirloin with Mac n cheese and fries. Their food was fine. They gave us 25% off. But it's just the principal of the matter. There's no reason my steak should have been spicy.
The service was amazing ! My steak and shrimp was delicious. This was my second time and I'll be back again.
Did an online reservation tonight for me and my Husband. Once we arrived I checked in and was told our wait time would be 15-20 minutes. After sitting for 35 minutes I asked my Husband to check to see where we were on the list. The hostess advised that we were never checked in and it would be a 20-35 minute wait. He explains to her that another young lady had already checked us in and she proceeded to tell him she just checked us in. I went up to speak with the young lady and I too expressed that we were already checked in by someone else when we arrived at 5:15. She restated what she told my husband, “the wait time would be 20-35 minutes”, she had just checked us in. I gave her a description of the lady who checked us in originally but she didn’t even TRY to figure things out or rectify the issue. I told her to remove us from the waitlist and we took our business else where. I work in management and the fact that she didn’t even try to figure out what happen is beyond me. Poor customer service! My time is valuable like everyone else.
The steaks were cooked to perfection. The mashed potatoes tasted better than most places. I asked for medium burger and came out well done. But, it still had a good seasoning to it. Service was great as well.
Wonderful experience! Rob Hull and his amazing crew went above and beyond to accommodate my party of 20. Hats off for a job well done! Thank you very much.
