When our server told us this was her first night I thought on no, but she was great. The food was as good as we always expect. The quiet atmosphere is a plus.

Lousy service. We stood waiting to be seated 5 minutes - two servers walked past and said someone will be with you. No one was. We went to Outback Steak House across the street. Seated and served immediately. Do Not Waste your time. Woman in lobby with her child said it took 2 hours to be seated and served. Please

Just keep driving! Such a bad experience from the time we walked through the door and were immediately overcome by the smell of stale grease! We were then seated at one of the many empty tables, only problem was our table was still dirty from the previous diners. Our attentive host saw our distress and proceeded to use a dry napkin to wipe the table, smearing the food that he then started to scrape off using his fingernails! We got up an walked out. We will not be back! What a dive! It's a shame! We love Longhorn , but not this one!

This Longhorn in Pigeon forge, was dirty! In the ladies bathroom I could and did write my name on the top of both hand towel machine. No towels in one. The time was 5pm. I ask to speak with the manager. She stated no one knew where the manager had gotten to. Won't return ever to that location!

Waited for 10 minutes before anyone came to the table at 3 in the afternoon, no other customers. After we ordered our drink and appetizer we waited over 20 minutes for our drinks from the bar to come out. Still no other customers. Finally after waiting for over an hour for a cold steak I had enough and told them we were leaving. Don't waste your time or money.
