My husband and I went to this location when we were visiting from out of state. The location was beautiful! And the staff was so friendly. We were treated so nicely. We always love Outback for their consistent quality. Highly recommended.

Fries were dry and hard. Prime rib was sent to table med rare. Ordered med well. Sent back and still wrong. Steamed veggies not done. Well done steak came dry. Mac and cheese appetizer half partially burned. The table next to us had almost same experience with unsatisfactory food order

Just wanted a good steak, while visiting from out of town. Young man took my order... 15 minutes still haven't even hot my salad. When I asked about it, was told there was a delay with "salads." Then he came back and said he needed to double check my order. I know he was kinda new, but obviously he lost my order. I just canceled and walked out!

Would give ZERO if possible. We ordered at 6:46pm and it is now 7:51pm. Our waitress came over 5 minutes ago and said our food was in the window and he was plating it up. So how is our food in the window but not plated? We have watched people that sit down after us get their food, eat, pay and leave. Our food is nothing special. Steak and baked potatoes...and now it is 7:56pm so it's been 10 minutes since it was in the window and being plated....but still no food.... and the little waitress just now came as sit beside me and said she don't know what's going on with our food and that Robin was going back there to see...guessing that's the manager. I ask her so is it not in the window she said it wasnt. Update...food got dripped off and our steaks are not only tough but burned on 1 side and over well done and they are suppose to be medium. I am beyond disgusted with the whole thing

Outstanding service. Period. Seated immediately, served quickly, and the food was great. The service from hostess to wait staff was fantastic. WAY BETTER THAN LONGHORN.
