The restaurant has a very nice homey feel to it. Music played during dinner and it has a very nice bar. The waiters were very friendly and responsive to our needs. The wait wasn't terrible for a Friday night and the waiting area was comfortable. The dinner was prepared quickly. We had the fillet. It was cooked nicely, but we weren't fans of the the seasoning. Overall a pretty good experience.

**This is closer to a 3.5 than a 4.** My boyfriend and I have never been to this location before so he decided to treat me to it as a date night on August 13th. We were originally told that it would be a ten minute wait but we were pleasantly surprised when we were seated in a booth within minutes. Food: I really liked the majority of the items. The chopped Caesar salad was a little heavy on the dressing and the cheese to leaf ratio was a bit off. Other than that, the Fried Green Tomatoes were delicious; the mashed potatoes melted in one's mouth with yummy goodness, and my steak (the Flo's) was wonderful. Even the Roscato (which I tried for the first time) was pleasant to my palate. The thing that kept LongHorn from getting 5 stars was the ball drop in my boyfriend's meal and service. My boyfriend ordered the $12.99 special (which he upgraded to the bigger sirloin); however, it was the manager, not the waiter, who realized that he was short a side dish. In addition, when the soup was brought out, there was no spoon with the soup. We had to request the spoon as well as straws for our drinks. The waiter had forgotten the Sweet Tea and the water, until he was reminded. I feel as if the waiter should have been more proactive rather than retroactive in regards to double checking to make sure we got everything we needed, from utensils to items in the specials to drink refills. All in all, I would go to LongHorn again but perhaps not with the waiter we were given.

They have some good American steak... And I like the atmosphere.

I really feel so disappointed I took my family for dinner tonight when we arrived to the restaurant we expected to be served in a timely manner since it wasn't busy at all. Our bad experience started when we ordered our meals the wait time for our meals was extremely long. My wife and I both ordered steaks mine medium and hers medium well. Well they came out backwards. My wife had to send her steak back to the kitchen twice because it kept coming out undercooked. Let me just say that our server Shefali was great and probably the only saving grace of our experience. I work as a kitchen manager in a restaurant and for me the worst part of the situation is that the manager on duty never came out to speak with us.
