Food was okay but during our entire visit I could hear an employee swearing at the manager. The manager never asked her to stop or keep her voice down and in fact seemed to encourage the behavior by chatting away with her. There were young children easily within earshot of this foul mouthed person. Not professional in any capacity, seems the manager could at least have asked her to rein in the language.

Going to red was ok. I mean the waitress we had was ok although she seemed that she either wanted to quit or was just not enthusiastic. As well as, the burgers were great but I believe the French fries should be a little different It just my cup of tea. J give it three stars for the beauty of the restaurant but not full stars because it seems that the interaction just needs a bit more.

Posted the following on their facebook page 6 months ago and nevet received a response. I've been there several times with my family. Hamilton marketplace location trenton nj. Never really had any complaints. Then on 5/17/2017 I took my family there for dinner. We sat in a booth and started noticing flying ants. I told the waitress. She was very nice. They got rid of the ants. A few minutes later they're back. There's even more. I look at the light fixture and realize that it, and many others, haven't been cleaned in ages. I politely asked to be moved. Again the waitress was very helpful. She moved all of our stuff to a new table. A few minutes later I see these ants all over the window flying around my 3 year olds. The window is disgustingly dirty. At this point I go directly to the manager. I explain to her that it's hard to enjoy dinner when we have to keep dealing with this issue. She apologized with a 7 dollar discount. On a 60 dollar check. SEVEN DOLLARS. That's barely making an effort. Oh she also said she would send us an email for 2 free entrees. It's been a week. Still checking my email. I included my 7 dollar discount into the tip. The waitress cared more than the manager. I will no longer spend money there until I am made to feel like I matter as a customer.

Great burger, onion rings are so good. Cream soda are also tasty. Fast friendly service.

I walked into this location on Friday looking for a job as a server. I approached the woman at the host stand who seemed eager to help me and asked if there was a hiring manager available. Immediately her demeanor changed and she told me to wait while she got someone. She went over to a spot where I could still clearly see her through a window as she reported what I said and made faces and gestures as if she were mocking me. The manager who she spoke to was beside her and said (loud enough so I could hear), "I'll go talk to her but I'm NOT hiring her." Needless to say I walked out without applying. I've been a server for five years at various family oriented and fine dining establishments. I've never seen such a lack of respect and blatant display of unprofessionalism. I definitely dodged a bullet by not even applying to this place, but the way in which they handled themselves was still shockingly disrespectful. I will not be dining at this location.
