We were denied a license today because my state issued birth certificate was from Trenton Nj and I was told this had to be from the state even though this had a legal raised seal. The manager told us it must be a State document. After reasearching online and calling state of Nj today we were told ALL birth certs from this office are valid for all requirements in other states for licenses etc. and if you research birth certs in state of NJ this office is the only one that comes up “health and vitality / city of Trenton”. 

Do not go to this office this is absolutey crazy that my birth certificate was not accepted shame on this facility and lack of help! We were told that this legal document is invalid by Longmont dmv, state of nj has expressed to us there are no other “state offices” with other types of birth certs. Get your info straight longmont

Needed to renew my vehicle registration. Got there 5 minutes before open (7:55), 8 or so people were in line outside, they opened promptly at 8:00, went in, got my number, waited 3 seconds, handed over my card, wrote the check, got handed my new tags, and left at 8:04. 

Polite, pleasant, and fast service. Greatest DMV experience I've ever had. Keep up the good work!!!

Having endured the nightmare (even with an appointment) of Southern California's DMV process I was BLOWN AWAY by the speed, efficiency and most importantly the friendly service of Elizabeth assisting me chance my out of state registration. This DMV deserves the recognition. Congratulations.

Not the driver's license DMV. Go to the other location for a driver's license. Also, watch out for the crazy people walking around the street here.
