Waited in line for over an hour to update my address manually as system was unable to recognize it, attempted multiple ways. CS line had it's usual over 40min wait to call in on hold to speak to a live person (P.O. lines do not go directly to location you're calling. Please consider this update). I was hoping going in would have been faster. 12 or so minutes after my arrival, 2 of the 3 staff members left for lunch hour (?) while the line had literally built out the door. Leaving a super nice, but sneezing sick slower gentleman at the front. Customers stated this guy has always been there, but physically unable to do this alone, yet still does a great job. If understaffed, why not help this guy out instead of taking advantage of him & hire more people? More jobs for everyone, happier/less stressed customers & staff. Love your staff more!!

The food was excellent! The decor was interesting, it was just a bunch of postcards and what not posted on the wall. Not what i expected for a restaurant such as this but I was pleasantly surprised. Overall my visit was a 10/10. Would definitley eat here again.

Very typical Federal government mess. Our local carrier was changed about 18 months ago and this is the worst service we have ever experienced. The new local carrier drives around lost and confused; she has to wear a headlamp on her head to see after dark. Maybe start earlier in the day. Now theft from locally mailed cards is occurring, just shameful. When you finally get a response from “management” nothing but lies and lip service. She is new, she is back from medical leave, she is a valued Carrie. BS. Our next recourse will be contacting the local TV press for exposure to the sham of the Longmont Post Office.

With all these bad reviews this place would get it together by now....??😕 Their 800 number is a joke...don't bother. We did a mail hold for a week while on vacay... I then see on our security camera the mailman's still delivering mail on that hold week.. The line and wait times..good luck with that..time and day depending. Our carrier has given us wrong mail📬not looking clearly at the street name..just street numbers📭..lost count of how many times now..😠 Fox 31 problem solvers...where ya @👉
