I stopped by a few times to look around and was always greeted by someone friendly. When I finally decided to go in a buy I worked with Brent Rogers. Brent was a soft spoken very polite salesman who answered all of my questions and went with me for an extended test drive. He was friendly and professional and an interesting guy. I first looked a Ruby Red Sport with lots of options which turned out to be more than I wanted to pay. Brent helped me with a Ingot Silver base sport and it fit my price range. It actually had more bells and whistles than the vehicle I was coming out of (Kudos Ford). I the finance guy was polite and friendly and easy to work with. They also had an Allstate agent in the dealership who answered some questions and sent me a quote a few days later. He was also very nice and personable. I went to Longmont Ford as it is right by my neighborhood and I wanted to give a local business the sale. So far everything has worked out great and I would easily recommend working with these people. Thanks Longmont Ford for making it easy and pressure free.

Because of the ability to view pictures and window stickers online, I was already familiar with the vehicle and because I knew the exact equipment configuration I wanted, I knew exactly the truck I wanted to test drive before arriving. During the test drive with my salesman Brent Rogers, he was able to answer all my questions because he was very knowledgeable of the product and understood my needs in a new vehicle. The purchase/trade-in negotiations were very respectful and fair. The contract closing was very thorough and all questions or issues were immediately addressed. Brent Rogers, along with the customer relations manager, Misty Love was very responsive to my concerns and they answered all questions and resolved all issues to my satisfaction. Pre-delivery inspection was scheduled and executed professionally, it was very thorough and not rushed. To date, service after the sale has been great.

I made a 6-hour trip from Kansas to purchase my third vehicle from Longmont Ford. As usual, the experience only solidified my already strong opinion, which is why I go out of my way to give them my business. This dealership is simply the best! They openly admit and are unashamed of being built on Christian principles, which is evident in the Christian radio stations and Bibles on their desks. And, most importantly, it is evident by the integrity and personalities of the employees.

At Longmont Ford, I dealt with two salesmen, as they were unusually busy on a very rainy weekday. The employees were diligently supporting each customer in a professional manner. Switching between two salesmen was seamless and never hindered the process. Brent Rogers and Rich Waters were the two salesmen, and then obviously I received support from others, such as finance, the people involved with estimating and looking at my trade, etc. Brent and Rich were extremely honest, very friendly, knowledgeable about the product, patient, and frankly enjoyable to deal with. Although they were busy and this was a purchase near closing time, they never indicated a hurried attitude to complete the process. Brent worked with me to find the F-150 that met the color and options I wanted. He even transferred one from a storage lot, so I would be able to see it to make my final decision between two different trim levels. Rich handled the majority of the transaction after I decided on the vehicle. I also traded in a vehicle, which was my first trade ever. Rich worked with me on the trade.

What can I say? A very pleasurable and pressure free experience; an incredible dealership with so much integrity it is truly enjoyable to do business; and, a beautiful truck.

Excellent place with competitive prices and outstanding service. I've been to used car places and it has been rather bas experiences; longmont ford is an pleasant exception. Knowledgeable staff and a wide park of car so they will find anything you need in your price range, even in other brands.

Amazing service. Was my first big purchase by myself and I couldn't have been more pleased at he experience. Nick met us as soon as we were coming in with such a warm and friendly welcome. He definitely made the process super easy and comforting as I didn't feel like he was trying to be a sneaky salesman. I appreciate all of the help and now I have a super slick 2016 Mustang!
