I had an excellent experience from the moment I stepped onto the lot until the moment I drove off the lot with a new car.  I found the experience to be a breath of fresh air as I am not a fan of buying cars, new or used.  The gentlemen at Sprinklers handled my transaction with care and attention to detail.  I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking to buy a used car.  Great prices, friendly people and good service deserves 5 stars in my book.

As you see below from other reviews, have your car checked out before you buy. IF they let you, they say they encourage you to do so but, they would not allow me to do that. The deal became very shady when I requested to have it checked by my mechanic before I buy. Now all of a sudden they have other buyers and appointments...the car can't leave the lot etc..  RiiGHT!! ...All they can say as a response to the multiple bad reviews below is "we've been in business for 30 years.  Walk away.

Since I cannot respond directly to your response, I will say here for all to see. Your response is the classic BS. #1 My husband came in.. not my father. Really?? #2 I never said my mechanic was in Loveland and I did call after I left, I talked to Brett and  I asked if I could take it Friday to my mechanic and miraculously this supposed buyer was suddenly "approved:" So I then said to him that I would plan on coming in on Monday to see if it indeed sold and if not, I would see if we could take it in. I also told him they would only need it a short time, not all day. He never said there were appointments. NOBODY ever said there were appointments, that is a straight out lie.  I never said the deal wasn't right or good, I only said I wanted to confirm the car was in great working order so my minor son wouldn't have to incur huge repair bills shortly after spending his hard earned money. I would never expect anyone to take a loss for my benefit, you cannot deny that I never asked for you to hold the car or do something for me unreasonable, I verbally said to both you and Brett that if you sold the car in the meantime, GREAT!! It was just very clear to me and now to my husband that you were trying to force me to take the deal on Friday and since I didn't, you made it difficult and unprofessional. I only wish you the best in your future "deals".

We purchased a car from Ben Valdez and he was so awesome! I would highly recommend my friends and family to go here. The whole Sales guys at Sprinklers are so friendly! Thanks again Ben for working with us! You guys are awesome !

I was in a really tight place, having totaled my car and very unexpectedly needing a new one. Mike Clare was AWESOME to work with - he was very empathetic and did everything he could to help me get my "new" car. He helped get it down to a price I could afford and took care of all the paperwork immediately. He was prepared, anticipating all my next steps. I  highly recommend him and Sprinkler Used Cars.

Just bought a van from Sprinkler today. Great van, great price, and incredible customer service. They were friendly, helpful, and really worked with us. Thank you Sprinkler ☺
