Our 7 year old  son  has been taking summer swim lessons with Coach Ken, Brad and Lilly. It has been a wonderful experience for both student and parent. Communication was clear and easy. Coach Ken was accommodating  with schedules. We have had swim lessons before that put a bad taste in our son's mouth and he has turned around completely and is excited to go to his lesson! Great pricing and excellent value on the return. Our son has made really great strides and is enjoying himself. We hope to back sometime soon!

Both coach Ken and Meredith are amazing! Their coaching philosophy  focuses on each individual swimmer's strengths, not just to get them to swim fast, but working on technique, avoiding burn out, and building their love and enjoyment of the sport into a lifelong passion. You can clearly see their love of coaching in how they interact with the kids and how well the kids respond to them in turn. We have followed them to Longwood and do not regret a minute of it. The kids all get along regardless of age and everyone is so welcoming to any newcomer. For anyone looking for a local team to join, I highly recommend Longwood Aquatics!

I can't say enough positive things about Coach Ken & Coach Meredith. Unlike many, my teenage son hadn't been swimming competitively for years and didn't have a lot of confidence going in.  Now he swims 6 days a week, his skills are constantly improving, he loves going to practice, and participates in meets.  The coaching at Longwood Aquatics is top tier.  They really care about the swimmers, and the environment is always positive.  The entire team at all levels supports each other.  If you are looking for a club  with amazing coaches where you are pushed to improve in a fun and positive environment, LWA is the place.

We had an excellent experience with this program and highly recommend it. Our toddler loved her couch Emily and has gained so much confidence in the water. We've seen all sorts of skill levels there and the couches seemed to care and the kids were happy. It was a positive environment to be in all around.

We drive 40 minutes each way every day from Deland to be with one of the best Swimming Teams we have ever been a part of.. coaches put the best interest of the children first... and still motivate and drive the kids to achieve their very best every day... 
could not ask for a better coach, coaching philosophy  or team environment...
We enjoy every day...
