This company wrote me a bad check and never made good on it for the work we completed. Consumer Beware! Subcontractors who are not paid for services or materials used for your home can file a Mechanics Lien on your property. This is completely legal in Ga. and is often times necessary when a General Contractor does not pay the subcontractor. The owners name is Al ( Algernon) Brewster. Longwood Construction , LLC. IN Newnan.

This contractor does not pay his subcontractors. If you use them you may be surprised by having a lien placed on your home. DO NOT RECOMMEND!
