We bought our Jeep Grand Cherokee here and we have had it serviced here. The facility is very clean and comfortable, the employees are very nice and courteous. I would recommend you buy a vehicle here and you can trust the service department as well. Thank you for a fast easy buying experience.

Updated: received apology from Mike Toler and decided to give them a second chance. We were able to make a deal. I am very displeased with the service my husband and I received. I feel like sales reps and managers at this dealership either don't listen when you tell them you have a budget that you want to stay in or they believe you will be willing to go over that budget. My husband and I are in the market for a 3rd row vehicle and we like the Dodge Durangos. Mike Toler had a used one we were interested in so we spent a couple of hours there yesterday looking at the vehicle and running numbers. They weren't even close to out budget so we left. The sales rep we were working with called several times after we left, the last time being around 7:45 pm. We were told that they could get us to the budget we wanted and to come in the next morning so we went back in. Our conversation seemed to have started back at the beginning once we go there the following morning. They asked all the same questions we had already gone over and the initial numbers that were given were higher than the numbers we had received the day before. I was extremely upset. Not only did that get our hopes up telling us that they could make our numbers work but I feel like that wasn't our time having us come back in when they knew they couldn't get where we wanted to be. They also not once provided numbers for any of there other Durangos on the lot to see if they could make our numbers work on those vehicles. Extremely disappointed with the entire situation!! I felt like we were told what we wanted to hear just to get us to come to the dealership again in hopes that we would spend more money than we wanted to.

I have bought many cars From Mike Toler over the years and I love his new Store... tons of inventory.... from sales to service... definitely this is the place to go first when looking for your next ride... .highly recommend!

Our salesman was Chris and I would highly recommend him. In fact all the staff was very friendly and helpful. Even though I wasn't able to get the particular Durango I liked, they worked with me on getting one that fitted my budget, and completely satisfied with. One thing that concerns me as a Vietnam era veteran serving 6 years in the USCG and 35 years at the Naval Aviation Depot (currently FRC-East), why can't a veteran who is not active duty or retired get a discount, no reply needed just thinking out loud?

Sherrie Internet Sales Manager was amazing to work with. Very professional and handled everything from the point of contact to agreement of numbers . All great. Mike Toler CDJR and their team is just great . Thanks again . My friend is happy with her purchase and her smile says it all .
