I went to Looks Medical Spa for lip injections. I had never gotten them before and didn't know what's to expect. Not only did the spa loose the rest of my syringe when I didn't use it all on the first visit which completely turned me off to ever going back; but they botched my lips! I have huge lumps on the inside of my upper lip from them doing the injections improperly. I just got my lips redone at a new place in town (much better than Looks) and I have to do a complete reconstruction of my upper lip thanks to the aesthetician. I now have to spend hundreds of dollars and multiple injection visits to attempt to fix the botched job on my lips. Again, I had NEVER had lip injections before and Looks Med Spa botched my first ever lip filler and now I have to reconstruct and fix my lips. I would absolutely NEVER recommend this aesthetic spa to anyone and am so distraught by what they have done. DO NOT GO HERE FOR INJECTIONS OF ANY KIND!

Wish I had never bought the Groupon for this spa. Their lead time for scheduling new patients is 3-4 weeks.

I have had only wonderful experiences at Looks. Tara is a talented educator and aesthetician. Tara explains the overall process and every step of each treatment. I am paranoid about cleanliness with any medical or beauty treatment and the Looks staff follow sanitary procedures to ensure cleanliness. I know because I watch them closely. :) Tara and her staff also explain products that are being used in treatments that can also be purchased to use at home. I never feel pressured to buy but when I do, I leave knowing how to use the product. I highly recommend Looks. They are reasonably priced. They know what they are doing. And the staff really cares about their clients.

They did a chemical peel on me knowing I had breakouts. It is now worse than before. They have inexperienced workers. My acne is worse than before. And they say pay $75 for a review for 10 min are you serious?!

Looks is a fabulous Med Spa! Shari Ritchie for all my cosmetic procedures, is gentle, precise and the utmost professional. Esthetician, Tara Kusahl is wonderful…Gentle, effective & knowledgeable. I always leave with a glow on my face and a glow in my heart! Highly recommend LOOKS.
