My cat became very ill after giving him a hartz product. I called on a Saturday 2 hours before closing & they got me in with no problem. The staff was very helpful and had plenty of knowledge about the product I used. I am so grateful that they were able to give him the care he needed. He was back to normal by the next evening. Thank you!

The whole crew is just top of the line people. I've been using them for my little chi's whole life.... he can be difficult to put it mildly but they all are always the best

Please take your pets elsewhere! I took my very sick and lethargic dog here since I was on a tight time crunch with jury duty for the week and it was the only office that guaranteed she could see the doc the same afternoon. I looked past the stench of urine and overall dirtiness of the facility, and the vet ran an abdominal X-ray and "bloodwork" (apparently only checking 6 factors) and couldn't ID the problem so the suggested exploratory surgery! I was horrified, politely declined, and took her to my regular vet as soon as I could. My regular vet ran a full blood panel and immediately diagnosed her with acute pancreatitis (obvious from her bloodwork), placed her on meds and a restricted diet and she was back to herself within weeks. I shudder to think what the surgery outcome would have been. Loop may be fine for routine care, and their staff are over the top with concern for the animals, but please go to a knowledgeable vet or at least get a second opinion if your animals are having health problems!

Don't even care enough bout there consumer to post a comment about being off on Saturday, How can I think to obtain their services when they have they have shown complete lack of love for my community affairs. The structure of posting an add on yr site is so simple a child can do it. Hay closed do to Memorial weekend.
