This vet is the absolute best! We started going there in 2013! It is quite a far drive so we tried about 10 different vets that are closer to us. Absolutely none of them lived up TLC! They are so kind and dedicated. They are reasonably priced! I am always highly pleased and almost shocked at how great their prices are! The team there has the best customer service! We have had puppy shots done there for two dogs, annual shots, check-ups, and a surgery done there. One of our dogs is paralyzed and they are the most considerate and amazing people in all of Mobile! They always go above and beyond to check on us and make sure we are taken care of!

My dog was very sick and made many trips to the vet. The Vet did not bother talking to me,I only spoke with assistant. I spent a lot of unnecessary money there. As helpful as the Assistant was she did not have her degree and had a difficult time interpreting the many , unnecessary?, lab reports. I got sick of paying hundreds of dollars to them when the Vet didn't bother to speak with me. After my last visit there I carried my beautiful dog to Dr. Carl Smith. My dog passed away A few days later among caring staff. They buried him for me. Dr. Smith staff is very compassionate and knowledgeable.

Friendly knowledgeable staff. One of the vets saw our dog outside walking and was able to properly diagnosis his problem (torn alc) that was miss diagnosed by the vet we used to go to as arthritis. We went they fixed his leg and from then on we have been using TLC for the last 3 yrs.

The staff is wonderful, they are thoughtful and understanding, the vets and techs are great with my pets and the cost is reasonable

Love those people to pieces! Professional, kind, compassionate. Cannot put into words just how grateful my family and I are to the doctors and entire staff for all the years of kindness and love they've shown us and our furry family members! Thanks TLC!
