It's a large, well appointed store with two floors of merchandise. The only problem was difficulty getting through the door pushing a wheelchair. The door was marked handicap but there was no visible button or wall/post plate to open the doors automatically. I had to turn the wheelchair around and open the door with my back. I was luckier for the second door as a exiting customer was kind enough to hold it open for me. I had same problem when leaving. The store, merchandise, and staff are all very lovely. They run sales and have seasonal clearance where one can get a impressive mark down. Their baby/children's dept is very nice. A beautiful selection for new borns and infants. It's my favorite place to shop for a baby gift and usually the only reason I come here. Lord and Taylor still offers free gift boxes and tissue paper if you ask. The store also has a cafe if you desire a break or refreshment. Their regular prices are too rich for me but they run sales and clearance where some items are affordable and even a bargain.

I love this Lord & Taylor, it is huge and can sometimes be overwhelming but if your looking for a certain thing they have it sections like most stores. But better cause the employees actually clean and make sure every section is neat and pleasing to the eye. In the end, I love the sales here and coupons they have to offer.

Had an excellent customer service experience this weekend. The mens department wasn't busy Friday night and I had a shopping emergency. Get a new shirt and tie to match my sport jacket and slacks for a major family affair that next morning. The local cleaner failed to give me the outfut I had brought in for cleaning a couple days prior. I had four associates working with me to find the right size and color and pattern combination. The results were excellent, they used some strings to get me a terrific sales price with our Lord and Taylor card and my wife was thrilled when I wore the outfit.
