I was looking for some new windows for my house but I didn't know where to go and my wife and I found this place. John Eberle was the person who helped us, very knowledgable and great personality. He was not pushy (very respectful) and answered all our questions, provided a lot of information and an initial quote for the work. The entire process was smooth and I really liked the business ethic that John practices (very punctual, always returned my calls or called me when promised). John and his crew (of installers) handled the installation in a very efficient way. They were punctual and very professional. The complete installation was done in 1 day (9 windows), they moved everything and cleaned after the job was done (I had to clean a little bit more because I have a toddler at home). The result was top notch (my wife and I loved the results), even my neighbors noticed the new windows and the quality of the job. Just keep in mind something, their price was higher compared to other places, but "hey" you pay what you get (there must be a good reason why they're still in business since 1966, don't you think?)
