Terrible customer service. They don't take care of the customers! While in the middle of the permit process, they told me that they were closing in ten seconds (no exaggeration) so they can't continue with the application! Hello??? What happened to finishing up with the customer?

Greatest bunch of people ever !!! They deal with the public endless STUPIT lol questions with a smile I travel far to take care of my company Buisiness at this location not just for the service but this people actually know their job !!!! Much kudos guys from Stop NF Hero and big brother

The city is in bed with landlords and businesses! I've had a completely obnoxious noise situation right outside my window from the florist shop downstairs. The noise inspectors came and measured the sound from the inside rather than the outside, so they said this horrible noise is completely legal in a commercial zone! Unbelievable! My basic right to peace and quiet in my apartment is completely ignored! I believe they are corrupt because the fixed equipment guidelines I found online said they would measure from the OUTSIDE, but they measured from the INSIDE. They're not following the regulations as they are written, they're giving businesses and my evil landlord a complete pass!!! Tenants have no rights in Los Angeles, apparently! No rights whatsoever!!!

They do NOT care about tenants. They allow homeowners to break the law. They should be sued... by name.

I called today to get information about permits for a property we were interested in purchasing. I spoke with Debbie and she was very helpful in answering all of my questions. She also gave me the name and phone number of the code enforcement officer I needed to contact. I had a positive experience and appreciated Debbie's patience and help.
