Great hotel. Beautiful rooms. Extremely friendly service. Fantastic location, conveniently close to so many options and great places to sight see and relax. The amenities were fantastic, and I can't wait to go back.

Excellent Hotel & Service...My preference when I'm in the Burbank area. Love the pool and outdoor bar/food court. Always a pleasure to stay here.

We stayed two nights at their Concierge suites and we loved it. It was a perfect setting for a family of 4 with 2 little kids.  Plenty of room for everyone.  We enjoyed complimentary breakfast and dessert, staff is nice and facility is in great condition and it was a perfect stay for our Universal Studio vacation.  I highly recommend this hotel for families!  As we stayed in December, we didn't use pools but it looks nice!

This is a great hotel to stay at. I stay here for business & pleasure periodically.
I love the fact that it is clean, the staff is helpful and friendly and that restaurants and shops are local. The Burbank airport is across the street as well. The rooms are not soundproof though, when an event is going on you can hear people walking and talking in the hallways and in their rooms. This is usually the case with most hotels though....  Hotel has access to many: workout room, Jacuzzi,  pool, bar, restaurant, sometimes a buffet depending on reservation. A must!!!

Stayed in suite 764 overnight with my family before spending a day at Universal Studios. The staff recognized my platinum status and treated me very well. Concierge lounge breakfast was good as well.
