Come in to one of our four Albuquerque locations and try our chips and salsa – we guarantee you’ve never tried salsa like this.
Enjoy our hacienda-style ambiance while savoring our menu of always-fresh authentic New Mexico classics. Our signature dish is the chile relleno. Each carefully selected Anaheim chile pepper is peeled, stuffed and roasted daily in our kitchen. And nobody can compete with our batter, not too doughy and never greasy. We should warn you, they’re very addicting.
If you’re feeling adventurous, you can try one of our award-winning special features that take New Mexican food to new frontiers. Some of our chef’s recent concoctions include southwestern calamari and a seafood enchilada with spinach cream sauce.
