Never on time, rude dispatchers, had to call multiple times to even get someone on the phone. Even worse, the prices are never the same. Each driver picks their own prices. Oh did I mention the drivers are always on their phone when they should be focused on the road. Additionally the drivers are extremely reckless. Worse taxi company I've ever delt with. 100% switching to UBER. Much cheaper and at least the drivers are courteous.

Service is quick but each driver charges their own price . One driver might charge you 7 for one ride then later on another driver might charge you 8 or even 10 dollars for the SAME EXACT RIDE! The fare should be standard for everyone . Some try to rip you off by throwing in their own tips. I'll be switching to five star taxi company and telling my family to switch to them as well. Clean it up Premio .

Very quick, and affordable as well very nice dispatchers who will do anything in their power to please you. Would recommend 100% lost an iPhone 7 and got it back.

Had a terrible experience with this company today. The driver was texting on Snapchat while driving and on top of that charged me an additional 2 dollars for a "stop" in which wasn't even a stop because we were on the same block from where he picked me up( less than 3 feet away might I add). With all this he still managed to drive straight past my stop ( making me late for work). Usually they're friendly and nice but I will no longer be using their service !

License plate 23332.lv drove like a maniac almost hitting my car coming over sunrise highway and Bayview avenue on 6/22/2017 at 5:30pm when he decided to cut around me and go straight instead of making a left turn when he was in the left only lane. This is not the first time I've seen their drivers driving like idiots. Not a safe company to drive with.
