Terrible ! Driver tried to chatge me two exta dollars. When i called their dispact person she told me the correct price so he could hear. Then while walking away he proceeded to honk his horn and flipped me off. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL ! I recommed using five star cabs they're the same price and alot quicker!!

Done taking this company... they are cheap but not worth it, drivers do not obey the road laws, most of the drivers I've had were disrespectful. I called half an hour before I had to go to work and when I called about 5 times the dispatcher tells me that the driver will be there in a min, a sec, 30 sec, or either  they hang up.. now I'm late for work

horrible experience call them 1 hour ago told me 10 minutes never showed up the i called and this rude lady hang up on me service sucks drive like maniacs not recomended at all

My driver paid no attention to all traffic laws. Left on red--on sunrise highway. And 65mph down great neck Rd (30mph), And blew every stop sign. Most terrifying taxi experience in my life!

Called for a taxi, they never showed, they said they were here but lied, called them 3 times and still no car. Horrible experience and by they had me waiting in a blizzard!
