I've bought things from here multiple times and I've had a decent experience each time. They've always had what I needed (mostly Ford parts) and their prices are fair. One time I needed wiring harness ends and they let me go find what I needed in their yard and pay for them once I'd brought back in what I'd collected. 

I've also gone to them to buy used batteries. As long as you don't mind doing the battery swap yourself, you can save a LOT of money getting a used battery that's only a year or so old, as opposed to buying a new battery at the local auto parts store or Walmart. The last used battery I bought there lasted 5 years!

The only thing I can say is when they are busy, don't expect to get in and out in 5 minutes. Be prepared to wait your turn. They aren't slouches; it just takes time to fetch parts that aren't already in their shop's bins.

After calling 3 times to verify they had the correct part I was calling about, after driving for an hour to pick it up it was not as described.  They did not care, no sorry about that, no offer to find another, and was totally not interested in helping.

Needed a used aluminum wheel that was hard to find locally. Spoke with Chris and they had one in stock and even texted me a picture to verify that is what I needed. I asked if they could deliver it to a repair shop that was working on my car and they did the same day. The price was right and the service was really good. I would do business with them again and based on this experience a good rating.
