WARNING. Loud barking dogs left on leash all day. Cops are called multiple times and are in the area quite frequently.Water has been shut off multiple times with out notice for hours at a time. Management DOES NOT enforce the rules. Tight spaces. Shady tenants. Bathrooms are disgusting.
Fire ants are out of control. Lawn care is poor. grass is overgrown. If you have low standards and don't mind Noise.. this place is for you ...Beware you get what you pay for.

Sam and victor are great managers we have been here for almost two months.  Sam gave us a great deal monthly on a cabin room.  Place us quiet as well.  Need to wrk on the
bathroom situation maybe more instead of just three for the rv park.  But everything else is awesum.

Sam & Victor are GREAT owner & Manager. Fair prices,  quiet location, easy access to Bastrop & Austin. After being here almost a year, we love it!
