My husband and I were tent camping for 2 weeks through NH, MAINE and VERMONT at this campground our tent site location was incredible.. Just as my photo shows. Public facilities were clean and staff was Friendly and Helpful We can't wait to get back there again 😃

Me and my friends went here and asked for a private campground... they gave us a site directly next to 2 older campers... they threatened to kick us out several times for being loud and we all had to go to bed at 9pm. They take away the camping experience, if you want to have a good time DO NOT come to this campground

My friends and I have been coming to Lost River for many years. The staff is pleasant. Such a nice place to camp in the heart of the White Mountains. Far enough away so there is no cell service but a quick 10 minute drive into town for supplies. The sights have a wide variety to choose from but the ones on the streams are killer. Just be warned this isn't a place to throw a weekend rager. But if you are responsible and respectful you won't have any issues here.

I love this campground. We go up there 2 to 3 times a year. The owners are friendly,sites are decent size, and good price per night. The staff is friendly too. I have been going up to the mountains for the past 4 years with my wife and 2kids and we all call this our home away from home. The only thing I wish the would do is rake out there swimming pond and keep it maintained. There is a ton of places to go swimming around there so it's not a huge deal. I just got back from my trip there and can't wait to schedule my next trip there.

An absolutely wonderful campground. We have been going here for 14 years and have never had a bad experience. The brook sites are great, it is quiet, and so much to do in area. Very clean and well tended. Fantastic owners and staff. Our favorite place to camp!
