Steve Cochern started off helpful in the process of getting us into a condo however the rest of the experience was not as great. Steve often ignored repair requests and or took extremely long to respond leaving us to ask multiple times for items to be tended to. We had issues with him understanding and respecting our privacy especially when it came to our injured pet. He had a bad attitude and lacked empathy in many exchanges. He didn't give 24-hour notice on one occasion and made it extremely stressful when we were moving out not adhering to schedule for showings of the condo. To make matters worse his true character came out once we vacated the condo. He did a walk through with me a month before the move out and besides basic wear and tear, a few repairs we agreed on and pricing he quoting me on he said the condo looked good and he was ready to show it. On the final statement he charged us for items that were already broke when we moved in, he also accused us of doing things maliciously in the condo which was very disrespectful, unprofessional and insulting. He charged double for a repair he quoted me for which I offered to fix myself. He also made comments that were discriminatory/stereotypical saying that the condition is more common in the less desirable parts of town that rent for less than $500. We left the condo clean after living there 2 1/2 years and do not appreciate this horrible treatment. I would NOT recommend him to anyone!
