We cannot say enough great things about Realty Solutions of Westerville, Ohio.  We have used their professional guidance in several capacities:  sale of a commercial building, purchase of another, and most recently and currently, as Property Managers of our commercial property.  

We had neither the experience or the desire to handle the oftentimes complex issues of managing a commercial property. Brian & Debbie jumped right in.  They answered every single question we had, offered genuine support and put our minds at ease with excellent communication and an honest commitment to handle our property seamlessly, allowing my husband and I to fully enjoy our retirement.

 They are different. Their guidance and dedication to finding us qualified tenants was second to none.  We are 100% at ease knowing they are watching over both our building and our tenants.  We are so thankful for their hard work, dedication and perseverance - we highly recommend Realty Solutions!

Realty Solutions has managed a property for me for 4 years.   I was a reluctant landlord, hoping to rent a condo until the market recovered enough for me to sell without incurring a loss.   I knew almost nothing about the process, and Brian and Debbie helped me through it from the start – getting the unit ready to rent, finding the right tenants, coordinating ongoing maintenance requests, reporting tax information, and more.   My calls and emails are returned quickly, maintenance requests are handled promptly, and costs are very reasonable.     I highly recommend their management services – they make it so easy for me that although I could sell the condo at this point, I’m choosing to continue to rent.

The thing that stands out to me the most with Realty Solutions is their timeliness and expertise.  We use them for our rental property management and are impressed with their knowledge and professionalism.  Concerns that are raised are handled in a timely manner, and quality of renters is usually better than expected.  When concerns are raised, they take accountability and swift action.  I recommend Realty Solutions to anybody that needs property management in the Columbus area.

We have worked with Realty Solutions in different capacities for many years.  Brian Lehner has served as our realtor twice and helped make our home buying experiences wonderful.  He is extremely knowledgeable and answered all our questions completely and honestly.  We have worked with Debbie Rogers and other staff for property management purposes for our condo we rent.  Everyone is always very helpful and friendly.  Our problems get addressed in a very timely manner.  I would (and do!) recommend Realty Solutions to anyone.
