I had a great experience. Nicole fixed my massacred haircut from a previous cut. She did exactly what I asked and also helped find a nice style. I also had my eyebrows waxed. Almost painless. I felt so comfortable there. I will definitely be back! I will also tell everyone I run into to that Lotus is the best place to go!

Customer friendly!! I called them last minute for a couples massage because some birthday plans had fallen through due to weather; they called in another masseuse and made sure my husband and I had a fantastic day. One of the best in Colorado Springs.

Danielle is always attentive to detail.  Her highlights are so carefully applied, they always look well blended.  Jolyn is my favorite mani-pedi person.  All the receptionists are kind and patient.

Clean and welcoming. Great receptionist! Malie did an awesome job on my son's haircut and was so patient with him!
