Delicious vegan food, wonderful service. It can get busy so if you're ordering for pick-up or something I'd advise adding 15 minutes to the estimated time. I love their cowboy burger and my omnivore friend always gets the lentil burger. Their Thai iced tea is super tasty too :)

Love this place. Good for vegans AND their non-vegan friends. Good Thai cuisine, fresh juices, and more. If you are in the mood for comfort food try the "chicken" burger. Thai coffee is yummy too.

I am not really the personality type to write a negative review of someone's business but today I felt quite pushed to. I have given this restaurant two opportunities and they have failed to provide good customer service both times, the second time worse than the first. A few weeks ago I went there and ordered something to go and I had to wait an inordinate amount of time to receive my food, approximately a little over an hour (probably more) from the time I ordered at the cash register. 40 minutes in I thought they had forgotten my order and had to go up to the front counter to ask what was going on? One of the employees kept coming out from the back to ask me what I ordered. I'm relatively patient and forgiving and decided to let that experience go and give them another chance. The next visit there, I ordered something which came to $20.75, I handed the cashier (which I believe is also the manager) two ten dollar bills and then reached in my coin pouch to hand her seventy-five cents in change. She didn't want to accept the change I gave her and said in a loud and rude pronunciation "$20.75" like I couldn't hear her the first time she stated the price. She then proceeded to hand the change back to me. I didn't understand, I had given her the correct amount of change, I counted it out as I put it in her hand, even if I had given her too much or too little change, it was very rude how she responded to me. She handed me back the change while I was simultaneously trying to hand her a five-bill instead, some change dropped on the counter. When I was reaching to pick the change off the counter she said again in a nasty tone of voice to "get my stuff off the counter", she was referring to the Snapple and cookie I had just bought there in addition to the food I ordered. One should not feel so rushed to do everything super-speedily and that's exactly how I felt, very rushed and not properly respected as a customer. I'm NEVER giving them my money again.

OH NY GOODNESS this place is so good wow, the mushroom burger with lentil was sooo good wow I can't even describe how delicious this place is. The Thai ice tea with almond milk taste like Thai ice tea you can not taste the difference. Everything is vegan here which is such a relief because not everyone is on board with being vegan but that's okay because lotus vegan is here to save the day!!!

As someone who eats meat occasionally, I am always amazed how "real" the fake meats taste. Their consistency is also similar to the real thing. Lotus does the fake meat thing very well.
