The owner (Louis) is easy to talk to, his assistant is very helpful, and the master jeweler (Carlos) is a meticulous artist. A friend recommended this store to me as she has been a customer for many years. I have had repair work done on two occasions and have also been very satisfied.

I will never give this place another penny of my money , after spending $3700. And driving a hour and ten minutes to get there and waiting for finishing touches to be made on our jewelry I asked to use the rest room , I was told that only employees were able to use the rest room and that there was a McDonald’s and stewarts down the road I could use , very disrespectful to there customers . Never again !

GREAT repair work! Highly recommend! I brought several pieces to another jeweler in Glens Falls who stated they did their own repairs, only to find out they brought my priceless 18 carat gold earrings & heart shaped solitaire diamond ring to Louis Jewelers for said repairs -- who did a WONDERFUL job! Thank Louis Jewelers for repairing those ruby earrings my grandmother gave me 40 years ago!
