Louis Pacella has been my attorney in helping me to setting up our family trust for my grandmother and my mom.

Mr Pacella helped our family with a prior trust problem (created by a less knowledgeable attorney than Mr Pacell). and allowed the family to collect money owed to take care of my father for the rest of his life. He was always fair, professional, and mindful of our limited budget. He has also helped us with future options for the care of our father.

We contacted Louis Pacella to review a family trust created 27 years ago. In a very timely manner, Mr. Pacella completed the review and suggested a number of significant and potentially troubling details that needed editing, correcting, or adding.

He offered to do this for a flat rate which included related emails and phone calls at no additional charge.

We provided Mr. Pacella's office with the necessary legal documents which the trust required. Within a month, the newly revised family trust was finished, and a copy in our possession. We now feel fully prepared and confident.

In all instances, Mr. Pacella and his office staff provided courteous and professional assistance. Because we live at some distance (a 3-4 hour drive) we were thankful of being able to conduct legal matters without having to commute to his office.

I wholeheartedly recommend his services to others in a similar situation.

Luis first helped our mother and father prepare their Family Trust.  They were older and he came to our home to meet with them and have the Trust papers signed.  When our mother passed away, again he was very helpful and caring and took care of updating the Trust.  We decided it would be best to setup a Trust for ourselves and he helped us again.  And again, he came to our house in the evening after we got off work to sign the papers.  It is nice to do business with someone who genuinely seems to enjoy his job. Would definitely recommend him.

I met Louis for the first time when he came to our home to discuss my mother's estate. It was not an 'easy' meeting as only someone with an aging parent suffering from the later stages of dementia or Alzheimer's can know. He was calm, reassuring and confident he could help us...

The experience was so profoundly different than anything we could have expected it would be hard to compare it. Louis did everything he said he would and could do and did it with grace, humanity, understanding and compassion; all traits rarely used to describe any encounter with the legal community. The experience was so positive Louis is now "our" attorney... And, has taken care of countless other questions and problems for us.

We have recommended him often: to our kids, friends and colleagues. Virtually everyone has had the same experience.

If you're looking for an experience that is 180' opposite the punchline of every lawyer joke you've ever heard, schedule an appointment with this young man. I can almost guarantee you won't be disappointed!
