As efficient as they should be with the numbering system and amount of people working to resolve issues, I'm not sure how they are expediting but they need to figure out a better method and have some people dedicated to certain tasks so they might become more proficient. AND FIX YOUR PHONES. I'm not going to drive over and sit for 2 hours until I know you have the correct paperwork that was mailed to you.

Tried to get my fiancé’s drivers license renewed, the front desk clerk was EXTREMELY RUDE! Just because his license was expired she couldn’t wait a few minutes for him to pull up his info. HIRE SOMEONE BETTER! “I’m not gonna sit here and wait for you pull up your information”

Liscense expired on my birthday. Been here an hour and only16 more#s to go. Tried 3 other times and walked straight back out. Breaux Bridge ain't much better.

Have been calling for almost 2 weeks now, why don't they answer the phone? One day someone did answer but hung up.
