There are a few agents that are helpful...the one I got today was not nice... had an attitiude and literally appeared to enjoy telling me she couldn't help me. I am a human being...it's pretty upsetting to have to deal with such rude people right before Thanksgiving! Maybe someone should remind them to be thankful they have jobs and to treat their clients with a mere drop of courtesy.

The women are very rude. Especially the one with the curly blonde hair. Why work in customer service if you're attitude is UGLY?! Next time I'll be going to Lake Charles Pederson Title a much better atmosphere with quicker services.

People working there are just rude, while people waiting they eat there lunch on their desk. Really unproffencial. But apparently they are not going anywhere any time soon and no changes are in side.
I live here for over 10 years and the same people still work there rude as ever.

phone lines were always busy (had busy tone) and when I questioned them they said they get calls all the time. I was on the phone for over 2 hours waiting and nothing. when I went into there office finally I saw nobody answering any phones whatsoever. this establishment is small and I highly doubt that the phone lines are THAT busy. horrible establishment that needs serious upgrading on the telephone end of things. They need to get a working phone or hire people to answer it. fix it. now.
