I found that it's worth couple extra buck to handle what business I can at a private title and license  places. ( DL,  title transfers,  renew,  ID).  There are something  you have to do at DMV.  So that be only time I would go there.

A year ago this place was clean and nice. I was in and out within minutes.The people were friendly. Just went in and the front desk lady shouldn't be working with public. The most rude person I've met lately and trash every where outside. I'll be going to the title place for all of my DMV needs from here on out!

Horrible customer service. Lazy worthless people who work there. They do not provide you the information you need. They send you on a goose chase trying to collect the information you need to bring BC they make you have to go back and forth from not telling you up front what you need to bring, until you have run out time and leave with nothing. Trying to get help before hand, forget it , they will not answer the phone. Rude worthless people. I've been told to try the Sulphur DMV, that they are 💯 better!!
