Louisiana School Equipment Company, LLC began operations in January of 1998. The owners, managers and staff have over 75 years of combined experience in the sales, service and installation of school furniture and equipment. We have statewide representation with our main office in Baton Rouge and representatives in New Orleans, Baton Rouge, Lafayette, and West Monroe.
We are organized as a Limited Liability Company and have a total of 8 employees including the owners/operators Gary Gulotta and Jerry Bouvier. We have numerous installation subcontractors that work with us statewide.
Louisiana School Equipment Company operates under two separate divisions, the Furniture and Equipment Division and the Architectural and Contract Division.
Our main office consists of a 2,250 square feet office complex with 3,500 square feet of warehouse space in Baton Rouge. Working in our Baton Rouge office is our General Manager, Sales Administrator, Estimator, Project Coordinator and Project Manager.
We are a licensed Louisiana Contractor and our State Contractor's License number is 34320. As a Louisiana licensed contractor, we are certified and comply with the requirements for completing installations over $50,000.
Louisiana School Equipment Company has the qualifications, experience, statewide sales coverage, support personnel, financial resources, bonding capabilities, insurance coverage, facilities, and installation crews to serve Louisiana’s K-12 School Systems, Colleges and Universities, government agencies and quasi-government agencies.
