I would give this establishment 0 stars if it was possible because of how I was mistreated and how they deal with business. After waiting an hour, I hear the receptionist talking about how the systems are down and are unable to put me in the system and are unable to order for X-rays or allow me to see the doctor. After overhearing this information, I politely asked if there was a problem that would keep me from seeing the doctor, I was told there weren't any problems. Then I am brought to the back to hopefully see a doctor and then I am told they are having system issues but that they weren't anything usual. After waiting another hour (so at this point we are at 2 hours now without receiving any help) I am then told that they wont be able for me to see a doctor or get X-rays done for 1-4 hours. Obviously, at this point, I am angry that I have been lied to and how deceitful they were being was outrageously unprofessional so I left. The receptionist (all of them) were rude, did not show any care or concern for me, and I will be reporting to the supervisor. I will be making sure that they do not bill my insurance company for taking me in the back and not letting me see a doctor, even if it is Medicaid, that shouldn't matter. Do not visit this establishment, it is dirty, the rooms are falling part and clearly they don't have the funds to update their system if it happens regularly.

Went to Endicott walk-in with grandson. Charles at front reception window was very helpful and understanding. Would recommend anyone to go there if needed.

Absolutely worst experience I've ever had at a walkin, and I've been to quite a few over the years. I've been waiting over 2 hours to be seen, going on 2.5 hours now.

Friendly staff but I have been here for over 4 hours. Clear your whole day if your coming to this location
