Love Culture is the best place to go to to buy the best stuff for low prices. I've never had problems with the workers they ere always so friendly. Also there were no gum on the seats from where i have seen. Also those shoes have probably just been there for w while so of course there's gonna be dust around them. Love Culture is my favorite store, the workers are nice the clothes are cheap and trending, and the store looks pretty clean.

This store is so DIRTY. Ugh. The shoe department is a horror show. Gum on the seats. The dust floating around the shoes. Like geez, what do the sales associates do? Talk on their phone? Yeah, something like that when it took me like 7 minutes waiting for them to wrap it up so I can begin getting checked out. If only I can upload the photos I took in there. SMH. Providence Place, DO BETTER.

Went to store at 830pm wanted to try on 3 outfits that I really wanted to buy and was told I couldn't because the store was closing in a half hour and they wanted to clean so they could get out at a decent time. I have never heard of a store doing that. You are supposed treat your customers with respect. They had attitudes and weren't very friendly. My friend also wanted to buy something amd because they were so rude she decided not to. Needless to say Love Couture lost out on 4 possible sales. Never again will I go in that store. Not to mention it was my first time in there!!!!!

Purchased an item as a gift... one hour later went back to return when I discovered I had the wrong size....NO REFUNDS ALLOWED!! Rude sales representative told me I should have read the fine print on the receipt.... Stay far away from this establishment...
