You have to wait a month from one appointment to the next. I had to break my 1,200 dollar bridge to get an infected tooth out. Before I decided to do that  I asked how long till I would get my partial they said 6 weeks, so I said ok. It has been 3 months already and still no partial. you have to wait a month for the next appointment. The way they explained it to me is 4 more appointments before I get my teeth. that will be January. I started this in July. If they would have told me  7 months to have teeth I would have made a different decision. I would not recommend this place to any one and if I ever get my teeth, I will never go back to this place. It takes to long for appointments and the are dishonest. I do not recommend this place at all.

I arrived 4 minutes late. After both receptionist got off their cell phones five minutes later, they said they had to check if I'd have to reschedule since I was now 9 minutes late. She called for assistance waiting a long time for that person to pick up,  and was referred to call someone else, now making me 15 minutes late. She was referred to someone else. After calling them it was decided that since I was over 20 minutes late I'd have to reschedule. The reception area could easily seat 75 people but the place was COMPLETELY EMPTY.  I have a life threatening illness that requires medical transport assistance. THIS PLACE HAS AS AN ATTITUDE PROBLEM TOWARDS THE VERY PEOPLE THAT THEY ARE CHARGED TO ASSIST.
I'M ONE OF MANY WHO FEEL THIS WAY IF YOU ASK THE POOR.
WHAT A WASTE OF TAXPAYER MONEY.
THE POOR WON'T EVEN GO HERE ON THEIR DYING BREATH, TO BE TREATED SO BADLY, AND RESCHEDULED WHEN THE PLACE IS EMPTY.

I am appalled at the negative reviews. The only thing I can think is that these people were sick and didn't feel good and the people caring for them still have to go through the required process. I have been going to this clinic for many years and have found all of them from the front desk to the nursing staff clear up to the doctors have been more than professional and kind. My own doctor has at times even called me at home to check on me. At times I have been forced to use other doctors for different reasons and have found them all to be kind and caring. Everyone has a bad day now and then. I wonder if this could be what might have happened to the negative reviews. I have had one bad experience during the 14 + year's I have been going to this clinic and I love them all from the dental to the pharmacy to the medical staff, they have always taken excellent care of me! Also people are always ready to step up and post the mean ugly reviews and the one's that have had a wonderful experience rarely come forward to post the positive experiences. Give these people a chance and make up your own mind. You won't be sorry!

-TERRIBLE CARE- from my doctor at least , wait forever,  get seen for 30 seconds only to find out they never sent the RX. Same problem for years with no  help or even sympathy from this facility, wouldn't go back if they paid me $1000.  
My opinion is this doctor is overwhelmed or incapable of managing a 5 day  schedule professionally.   -**  (Minus two stars .  Clinical/medical audits should be conducted here weekly. )

This place has an attitude problem. Horrible customer service. Seems like there always having problems with there systems are always down when i go there. I will never go there again.
