Normally I try and give places opportunities if I see a decent rating but frustrating reviews. At first, this place wasn’t this bad but lately it’s been worsening within the last year. This is an honest review of an establishment I’ve given multiple chances to. I’m sick of it now. On one occasion, I’ve had wax spilled on my clothing (which they tried to ignore by the way) and when I pointed it out, I was told to “wash it out” & was still prompted to pay.  Second time (today) the service was for upper lip and chin wax. After telling her twice, she tried to wax my brows without my consent. I immediately told her to stop and she “suggested” I get them done. I trust my brows done by one woman and threaded for reasons other than the poor quality of this salon. It’s.m not her decision to make in attempts of increasing the sale. I was waxed and the woman practically ripped my skin off whilst still managing to not grasp every hair. After she said she was done, I noticed a lot of hairs had yet to be pulled. I mentioned it to her and she tells me, it’s a pimple I am mistaking. Who doesn’t know the difference between a zit and hair on their face? Once I explained this to her multiple times, she remarkably all of a sudden saw the hair as it came out the tweezers. Then proceeds to blame my anatomy (the hairs are fine). Please. Have you never waxed before? Ridiculous excuse. She wasn’t diligent in this service at all and tried to say it’s because my hair is fine. We all have fine hair near our upper lip. It’s apart of the service. I’ve never heard that excuse before tonight.  If you get a pedicure at this salon, expect with lukewarm water and hearing refusal to make the water hotter for your comfort. Your skin gets itchy and irritated in that for too long, believe me. I stopped getting nail services due to poor quality and figured they could handle only waxing services for me. I was wrong. I will not be returning any strongly suggest you search elsewhere for least expensive salon experiences. This is not the place. Disappointed.

I went & saw Denise for an eyebrow wax for $8.00 today & she did a GREAT job. I will definitely go back to see her.

Nancy did a good job with my pedicure. This place is always clean, the price is right!
The do hair, nails, microblading. They do it all here.

This place is very rude and racist the I asked the lady for 130 color which was upside down and really was 031 so then they said that color is not in stock so I asked for 021 lol then they said that wasn’t a color either . She gets up and says you have to wait for me to do someone else’s nails then I can come and give you a color. They ask for money upfront not telling their customers they have no color in stock she tried putting a black. Blue color on my nails I only wear nudes and pink and they know that . She then takes the ring of colors from me while I’m trying to chose another and the other female worker puts a 5 dollar bill on the table and says here is your money and GO. No I want everything I paid for DO NOT GO HERE THEY HAD TERRIBLE WORK EITHIC AND EXTREMELY RUDE AND DISCRIMINATES ON THEIR CUSTOMERS. These are my real nails so why am I paying 35 bucks for a buff ?

The place is very clean and looks nice. It has the massage chairs with the built-in jet tubs. Price was reasonable. Got a gel mani & pedi for $35. They also do eyebrows and eyelash extensions. Tina and Karen were great. I will be going back again.
