Im calling the better business bureau , nobody deserves to be disrespected and cheated out of their money. There is no menu at the salon or on the website so you have to go with what ever price she tells you ! How can you have a business operate that way? She can easily play everyone out of their money like she did to me. Oh and she mentioned that the money i spent was of no significance. Shouldnt matter how much money you spend you should still be treated fairly, and i cant agree that $120 is nothing.
I knew it was suspicious she made us pay first. First of all the store is filthy . No actual chairs to sit and wait. The older lady there is so rude and didn't even give a proper welcoming , saying hello while frowning is not okay. I asked for 5 braids to the back of my head and the lines on my head are crooked and she didnt even bother braiding all the way to the bottom of my hair , leaving a lot of hair that just flipped out from behind my neck. Definitely not what i wanted. All in all it was the worse experience ive ever had. Never coming back here.

WORSE EXPERINCE!!!! Never going back here . It's very unclean , very bad service and disrespectful woman that was running the place has no work ethic. My braids look like trash. It's no wonder they make you pay first because I would not have payed for the horrible service. I've never been treated this way before especially  when your paying for the service which wasn't cheap either. Very overpriced for the end result.

DO NOT COME HERE !!!
By far the worse experience of my life. I decided to come by with my mom and boyfriend and I really really regret it. My boyfriends hair wasn't braided all the way down to the length of his hair which is annoying because the bottoms of his braids look stupid with hair sticking out. I just asked for 2 braids to the back.  I have one braid that goes to the top of my head and the other one goes to the side of my head ! To top it off my mom needed a hair dye. Pretty simple right? No she only put dye in her roots and charged me 45$ just for her roots when I asked for a whole hair dye ! The woman in charge was very rude and disrespectful and told me that I asked for roots. When the word roots never came out my mouth.  Once after I said that she said it was a process she had to do. Meanwhile she left my mom waiting to just rinse while she did another person's hair and 5 mins till it was time to rinse I asked if she was just gonna leave her like that with just roots. Then she was so unprofessional grab more hair dye and sloppily placed it on my mom's head. I feel so disrespected and used. Overall I spent 120$ and all of us left very unhappy.

I loved this place honestly , my braids came out perfect and I will continue coming here I truly recommend it .
