I gave Loving Pet Inn and Suites five stars because they let me tour the facility and see where my girls would be staying. They even make accommodations for dogs who don't do well with other dogs which is fantastic. They have a smaller sleeping area and a door that goes to a bigger outdoor run. Their kennels are cleaned daily and during that time they are put in a larger area to play at least twice daily. I left my girls there for two nights. In the past when i would board them at my vet, (and this is not saying anything negative about my vet, they are awesome) They would throw up for a few days once i brought them home from the stress of it. I really think the stress is from hearing the sounds of dogs sick or hurt. (Again, my vet is great and they do everything they can to help their patients when they are in distress). For a dog just staying there a few nights it can be stressful and maybe a little scary, so i wanted to board them at a none vet kennel and see how they did. No puking or extra shedding so far since i have brought them home. They seemed happy to be home and content like they just returned from a walk in the park. The only negative about this place is that they don't take credit card. I found this out when i went to pick up my girls and had to transfer money and run to an ATM. I had to cancel my reservation for them for a longer stay because there is no way i would be able to pay the cost of their stay when i got back without using a credit card. But if you have the cash in your account and don't use a credit card, i highly recommend these guys. They are polite, live on site, will answer any questions, give you a tour, and make accommodations for dogs who aren't good with other dogs. $24 a night is worth it for their facility. They are limited on space so you can end up on a wait list but they called me within a week or two of putting me on the list.I would use them again if they had a credit card reader, i know the fees for those things aren't great but maybe just add a convenience fee to the total bill to cover the cost of using a card reader.

Been going there for years. They treat our dogs like family. I would recommend them to everyone.

A wonderful staff that looks after your pets like their own when your home away for a Business trip or Vacation!

I adopted two kittens from there who are sisters and have an immune disorder and need lifelong medication twice daily. They were born this way it was passed on by the mother. She knew, she cleaned their eyes up before showing them to us. When I called to tell her, she said to bring them back, but my girls had already become attached, I just was looking for an apology.

The owner of Loving Pet Adoptions sold me a white poodle dog as a healthy, young dog of 5 years old. I was concerned about the grey haze over his eyes but she assured me that it was nothing. After adopting our pet and noticing several concerns we took him to the vet to have him assessed. We were told that he was 12 to 15 years old and did indeed have severe cataracts. The dog is totally blind (can only see shadows) is deaf, is severely arthritic and has never responded to calls, bells, etc., had poor teeth and could never play with chew toys or eat rawhide. I had to put him from the time I got him on arthritis medicine, special diets, vitamins, etc to help keep him comfortable. He was sold as a crate trained, house trained dog. However, he had severe stomach issues and soon became incontinent and could not hold his bowels. He could not be crated because of his need to potty often. Because of a cancer diagnosis I have an immune compromised system and could no longer care for the dog. When I called Ms. Lamberson to pick up the dog she criticized me and was very rude and unnecessarily disrespectful especially after all the money and time I put into the dog. She told me I should have put his health over my own selfish health concerns. Even her own vet told her his bloodwork was normal when she got him back. He was well groomed with a classic poodle cut but she looked at him and asked if his fur was falling out. It was insulting! Then she proceeded to put him, a 15 pound dog into a cat cage! We cared for this dog and were sad to see him go but she couldn't respect that fact. She made the leaving harder by being rude and downright judgmental and mean. I would not recommend this place because my experience is that they were not truthful and honest.
