11/18/2017 Called to ask if my pickup order was ready. Rude female shift "manager" didn't disclose her name and hung up on me after I told her I hadn't received an email. Come to find out pickup orders are now only held a week (instead of three) and put back! Talked to store manager George about this rude person who hung up on a customer; he made sure my order was ready for pickup, even if it took me more than a week to get it. Never had an issue with checkout employees, though I haven't yet visited at peak store times.

The staff is super friendly and helpful! You feel so welcome there. The reason for four stars is because of the lack of selection in some areas. This is a smaller store, so the selection has to be smaller. It's not a reflection of the staff there.

Every time I come in here there is only one person on the register and a huge line. A couple times there has been a price check and the lady just leaves the register and lets everyone wait. The one poor lady working the register has called for back up to the front THREE times since I've been standing in line and not a single person has come to help her. this store is absolutely ridiculous.

As soon as we walked in the door we were hit with the smell of urine. Not one employee spoke to us. The shelves were barely stocked with the products we were looking for.
