Had what we needed but don't expect any help. Tried to get help and instead of at least finding someone willing to help us. Pretends to take a phone call and just walked away. That's just really frustrating and depressing.

Has mostly what I need, but they need to work on their costumer service. I have to wait around and half an hour just to receive help from an associate. They also made a mistake on my order. I had to wait two hours for them to fix it and they gave me no gift card as an apology for wasting my time. They really need better service.

Waited 10min to be transferred to pro-desk. Never got transferred and someone hung up on me. Called again, assuming that was a mistake. Waited again 7 minutes, run out of patience and hung up. Terrible customer service

Employees do not care. Item had a hot deal sign in front of it. I took it to the self check and it scanned at regular price. Lady there indicated I must be the problem. Went back and double checked. Sign was big as life. Flagged somebody down. He said the sale had ended. I suggested they should take down the sign. He said yes they should and walked away. When I cashed out I explained the problem again but I don't think she cared either. I have experienced this attitude by the employees of this store before. I guess I'll drive out of my way to find a home depot.

Service is generally good. Food is okay. Deals are great. Drink selection is great. Female staff are good looking
