My husband and I had a fantastic experience buying our new livingroom furniture with Ashley. We worked with Kay and she was spectacular the whole way through. She gave us useful and honest feedback and suggestions to help us narrow down what we were looking for. She was patient and helpful every step of the way, giving us time and space to consider our options and make our decision. When we were certain what we wanted to purchase, she worked to give us the best deal that Ashley could offer and made the financing simple. We are so very pleased to buy from Ashley and work with Kay! Thank you Kay!!

Lisa Starkey was fantastic. She greeted me as soon as I came into the store, which was great because I had zero clue where to first look. She showed me a few options even though I had something in mind, that I really appreciated. When I finally made my purchase the checkout process was seamless. She was able to explain all of the process very efficiently so I didn't have any questions by the time I left. Definitely go see Lisa if you have any home furniture needs.

Our sales rep (Steve) was more than helpful and greatly appreciate his service. Made things so much easier for us. These kinds of people make you want to continue ding business with your company. And we also love the quality of Ashley's merchandise.

Didn’t fully deliver our kids beds. Called customer service while movers were here and told me situation would be figured out within 24 hours. 48 hours later, I called again and they told me that the order had never been placed. When I asked them what options I had they were not very accommodating, told me I needed to wait three more days or that I can just pick up the pieces! Even though I had paid for delivery and installation! Also when I had purchased multiple pieces of furniture at the store, they had told me they would give me a $200 store gift card, which I later realized was never given to me, when I called back about gift card, no one answered and have left voicemails and still no response yet! Really terrible customer service

Kay was awesome! As soon as walk in to the store she was very helpful. I couldnt complete my purchase the same day but she called me the next day to let me know that everything was ready to go. Great customer service!
