The staff was very professional and very helpful. The store was clean and organized. I was blown away by the simple fact that they had a special parking spot for purple heart veterans. It may not mean much to many, but that keeps me returning to lowes.

Came to get plywood to board up our house. Thinking it was going to be crazy after going thru Hurricane Andrew years ago.
As We arrived it's was deffanitly busier than anytime of the year. They were expediting plywood via drive thru. I didn't have a truck and was told first come first serve. (I understand) so I grab a cart and talk with Alicia I believe her name was and a Redheaded woman who seemed to be in charge or at least making things smooth. I asked if they could load my cart on one side while they loaded trucks on the other and she was quick to help , throwing 12 sheets on my cart with a smile, have a great day and be safe.
Great experience in this crazy time just before a major hurricane.

Plant City location needs to make some major improvements to their severe lack of customer service, a great start would be to actually HIRE more people, preferably knowledgeable. Waiting 20 minutes which included trying to find someone, anyone to make 4 keys or find someone who could is an absolute ridiculous waste of my time, and became more so when I realized that getting any duplicate key just was not going to happen in this store. Don't call the customer service number either because they could care less, was on terminal hold for well over an hour and never talked to anyone. One day the powers to be need to go under cover in that store and I guarantee the unemployment line is going to have some new faces

Absolutely horrible, two hours of wasting time, every department I went into I had to search for someone then ask someone to call for assistance in that department then half the time the answer I received was I should talk to so and so. Asked for a manager and listened to the employee have a conversation with the manager to convince them someone wanted to talk to them. Just bought a house a few miles from store and am renovating the entire house, will drive the 15 miles to Home Depot from now on. Must be nice not to worry about customers.
