Sales rep Kelly White promoted the FREE adjustable base for the bed we purchased during the entire process but when the order was delivered, I asked the driver about the free adjustable base. He said it wasn't on his ticket. I reviewed our receipt and it wasn't on it either, but our verbal negotiations at the store seemed to be conclusive that the free base was included in our purchase. I called Kelly White immediately. She stated that we agreed to take itemized discounts in the other items in lieu of the free adjustable base. This was not the case! My wife, daughter nor myself heard any such agreement.,............UPDATE: WOW, What GREAT customer service. The district manager Michael Kelleher called me and straightened the whole mess out. I couldn't believe how quickly this matter was resolved. We're now completely satisfied with our purchase!!

Joe was so helpful over the phone had to come in to meet the friendly voice!... Joe helped me find a bed in my comfort zone and the adjustable base was a great bonus to the already comfortable mattress. Sleep happy at mattress firm!😁

We had a wonderful experience here. Joe helped us with our search for a new mattress, answering any questions we had and providing a lot of information. We found the mattress for us that same visit, and are looking forward to receiving it tomorrow! Thanks, Joe, for all of your help!
