Kind of like it more than home depot. Less crowded. Spaced out better. About the same selection. Only issue is they rarely have cashiers. It's all self checkout.

Bought a lot of woodworking equipment, plants, leaf blower, lawnmower, gardening stuff. Good price and lot of variety. The staff are courteous and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend.

Lack of employees. Only self check-out lanes available when went there and new employee at the self check-out not know what she was doing. Prefer shopping at Home Depot where they have knowledgeable employees and staffed check-out lanes. Only came here cause Home Depot not have the item needed. Also noticed the few times I come to Lowes, the male employees on the floor(if one can be found) always have to make some wisecrack remark whenever asked a question before they will answer the question. Don't understand a company spending all the money to open a store and then not adequately staffing it....makes no sense.

I do a lot of online order and pickup in store and by far this location is absolutely the worst when it comes to A.) finding the actual product on shelf that inventory states is in stock B.) picking the order once and if items have been found within a reasonable time. I'm not sure what Lowe's operating policies are around their online order process but one thing that might help is instead of relying on store Department staff to pull orders.... having the online order person actually going to the departments and picking the items instead of calling around dictating ordered items might help.

It was an amazing being here today, I got help pretty fast! The store is clean and well stocked! The empolyees are friendly and helpful. One home decor empolyee was beyond amazing. I got helped by a young trainee girl name Hindi. She answered all the questions I had. I recommend this store.
